WEEKEND RATE: $80/hr, Fri - Sun (min 2 hours, max 4 hours)
The rate excludes a cleaning fee +$25 (every 2/hrs booked)
White and Black Paperdrop, full roll out with plexiglass included
The use without plexiglass +$25 per backdrop

STUDIO EQUIPMENT RENTALS, RULES AND POLICY:
Reserved rental time includes your setup and breakdown.
A $50 fee would be billed if the crew leaves later than the reserved time.

1-8 guests allowed per reserved session
No large parties, drugs, or alcohol allowed, strictly for creative purposes.
No pets or animals allowed without consent, subject to a pet + cleaning fee.

Must leave the studio clean and organized as it was originally given.
Lounge area furniture is not to be moved or used.
The music volume must be set at a reasonable level.
